About Buying products

  • Why are certain products which are posted on your Facebook page not displayed on your website?

    We update our website regularly about the stock availability of a product. If a particular product becomes out of stock, we remove it from the website. Kindly check our website for more up to date information about stock availability of any of our products. We use our Youtube/Facebook page only to introduce our new collections. We do not update stock related information on our Youtube/Facebook page.

  • Product that I am looking for is out of stock (sold out), will it be restocked?

    Customer service is our number one priority for us. If the stock is still available for us, we will try our best to source it to serve our customers. Please Whatsapp +91 8939079756 to check availability of any product. Please quote or share the product code of the item you are interested in.

  • How do we place an order?
    • Firstly, you need to login by creating an account (If you do not wish to create an account, you can login as a guest user)
    • Then, select the items you would like to buy and add it to the basket (cart)
    • Once you have selected all the items you wish to buy, please proceed to the payment.
    • You will be requested to provide details regarding your payment
    • Once an online transaction is completed successful, your order will be created.

    We post new collections every day on our website at 5pm evening. (You can also follow us on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/pkssarshi.silks/ or youtube https://www.youtube.com/@PKSSARSHI-Sarees byfollowing or subscribing us, you will be informed of new arrivals, promotional offers etc. )

  • We have seen Youtube pages/ facebook websites similar to your brand, are they yours?

    On receiving the positive feedback we have received from our customers, many people have started creating similar pages/websites to attract customers. We are no way connected to them and we will not be responsible for any issues arising with them.
